1938 NEVILLE "CHAMBERLAIN THE PEACEMAKER" PLATE BY PARAGON. AFTER THE MUNICH PEACE CONFERENCE WITH HITLER A very unusual good quality bone china plate for the Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain and the 1938 Peace Conference with Hitler, Mussolini and Dalandier. Named sepia portrait surrounded by hand enameled flags. The front inscribed 'I am myself a man of peace to the depths of my soul' and the rear 'Out of this nettle, danger, we pluck this flower, safety. Some light wear and discoloring on the blue section of the flags. Overall in very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. See all photos.

1887 QUEEN VICTORIA GOLDEN JUBILEE TILE BY MINTON. A good Minton tile / teapot stand on 4 feet with excellent portrait of Queen Victoria. A small 3/4" crack under one corner and a little wear under the feet. Both not visible from the front. (See pictures). Otherwise in really excellent condition.

1897 QUEEN VICTORIA DIAMOND JUBILEE BOWL. A nice 2 handle bowl by the Staffordshire firm of William Lowe 1874-1930. 2 banners read "Empress of India" and "Queen of an empire on which the sun never sets". Flags and flowers of the realm. Some loss of the dark blue color on the flags with age. The usual light wear and light crazing. A little discoloring on the back only. Overall in very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. See all Pictures.

1841 BIRTH OF PRINCE ALBERT EDWARD (KING EDWARD VII) "The Lttle Jckey" one of a series of nursery plates produced for the birth of Queen Victoria's eldest son. The molded border reads 'Albert Edward Prince of Wales born Nov 9 1841'. Transfer printed in black with a child on a dog's back titled 'The Little Jockey'. In very good condition. See all photos. 1887 QUEEN VICTORIA "BALANCE OF TRADE" PLATE 1887 "Balance of Trade" plate for the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria. One of the best known and perhaps most desirable of all the jubilee plates. Filled with interesting information and a colored map of thw British empire. A little wear to rim gilding and all over light crazing consistant with age. In good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.

1838 QUEEN VICTORIA CORONATION PLATE. A 6" Octagonal Staffordshire plate with daisy border and luster trim - dates of birth, proclamation and coronation. Signs of a hairline restoration on the back. Looks good from the front and displays very well.

19th CENTURY CHILDS ABC PLATE - GATHERING COTTON. A good transferware hand colored ABC (Alphabet) plate with raised "ABC" rim. Picturing women and children in a cotton field and titled "Gathering Cotton". Some wear to the edges and a tight 1" hairline at the letter "B". Overall in quite good condition for its age.

ALPHABET (ABC) PLATE - THE WALK. A 19th century equestrian 7 7/8" childs ABC plate (Alphabet plate)titled "The walk". Some hand finished coloring. c.1863 PRINCESS ALEXANDRA - ABC PLATE A rare ABC or alphabet plate from the time of her wedding to the Prince of Wales (Later King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra). The portrait is surrounded by flowers of the union above the Prince of Wales feathers. The plate has the entire alphabet molded around the rim. In very good condition with typical crazing. No chips, cracks or restoration.

1897 QUEEN VICTORIA - 4 CASTLES PLATE QUEEN VICTORIA 1897. Often called the 4
Castles Plate this interesting diamond jubilee plate has 4 of Queen Victoria's homes. 2 castles - Balmoral & Windsor, 1 palace - Buckingham Palace and 1 residence Osbourne House (On the Isle of Wight).In good condition with a small scratch on the front and the usual crazing and wear to the rim gilding. No chips, cracks or restoration.

c.1821 QUEEN CAROLINE c.1821. An 8 ½" Ridgeway Plate. A good clear portrait of Queen Caroine wearing a trademark feathered hat. It has an shaped edge with a cobalt blue and white border. An unusual feature of this plate is that there was once a title below the portrait. However the political situation was such it was deemed diplomatic to remove her name so that users were not offended. Other pieces of this dessert set are known also with the title removed. This rare plate is in excellent condition with a certain loss of glaze beneath the portrait.

1887 QUEEN VICTORIA GOLDEN JUBILEE - A PERRY & Co STEEL PENS ADVERTISING MATCH SAFE/VESTA CASE. A very unusual 1887 Queen Victoria Golden Jubilee nickel-plated case one side embossed "Perry & Co limited, steel pen makers", the other embossed with "jubilee box" and "1837-1887" surrounding a bust of Queen Victoria, with hinged striker cover. In good condition with some ware. Has not been polished.

1851 QUEEN VICTORIA AND PRINCE ALBERT CUP & SAUCER. Bone china cup and saucer with enamel decoration and luster trim showing named portraits of Prince Albert standing next to a seated Queen Victoria. In very good condition with minor wear to the luster trim and a little fading to the inside of the cup.

1935 KING GEORGE V SILVER JUBILEE BONE CHINA MUG. King George V and Queen Mary Silver Jubilee mug. Unusual being bone china rather than the more common pottery. In very good condition with a couple of small scratches.

1939 STATE VISIT KING GEORGE VI TO USA & CANADA. A cream color plate by Royal Winton to commemorate the 1939 visit of George VI and Queen Elizabeth to Canada & USA. In good condition with some age crazing.

1822 VISIT OF KING GEORGE IV TO SCOTLAND. An 1822 Medallion of good quality die-struck in white metal commemorating the historic visit of King George IV of Great Britain to Scotland. The pageantry of the splendid visit to Edinburgh was choreographed by Sir Walter Scott, and marked the return of "North Britain" to an honored place in the Union, two generations after the 1745 Jacobite Revolt. The obverse with a fine bust of the King, and the signature of the sculptor "BAIN. F. EDINR." and the Edinburgh jeweler and medallist who commissioned the piece "F & S DIRECT". The reverse depicts the scene below Edinburgh Castle of the female figure of Scotia presenting King George with the crown as the King of the Scots and Scotland, with a Latin inscription commemorating the historic visit. Some wear but in good conditon.

WEDGWOOD - 1953 QUEEN ELIZABETH CORONATION JASPERWARE LIDDED JAR. A royal blue Wedgwood jar 4" tall. Profile of Queen Elizabeth on the front & Prince Philip on the back with the royal coat of arms on the lid. Impressed Wedgwood mark on the base. In excellent condition.

1887 QUEEN VICTORIA BREAKFAST MUG. A large 4" tall Golden Jubilee breakfast mug. A portrait of Queen Victoria with a frame entwined with flowers of the realm. The back has a banner reading "The Queen's Jubilee". The gilding is worn and there is minor glaze loss bu overall in very good condition.

1919 WORLD WAR I PEACE MUG WITH SIR DAVIDS BEATTY'S SIGNAL. 1919 Peace mug with Britannia and flags of the allies. On the back Sir David beattys Historic Signal "The German flag is to be hauled down at Sunset to-day, and is not to be hoisted again without permission". In good condition.
