1902 LITHOPHANE QUEEN ALEXANDRA CORONATION LITHOPHANE. A hard to find Queen Alexandra lithophane cup. Hold the base of the cup to the light to see a portrait of the queen. In good condition with the usual light wear to the rim gilding.

Made for the coronation of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra in 1902. Royal cypher and year on the front opposite the handle. Excellent condition

RARE MINIATURE LITHOPHANE TYG. 1902 KING EDWARD VII. A 1 5/8" tall porcelain tyg (A 3 handle mug)with a portrait of King Edward VII which can be seen when held to the light. There is a hairline crack running from the top past the handle to the right if the flags. See all pictures. An unusual piece.

1902 KING EDWARD VII CORONATION LITHOPHANE CUP FOR THE PRESTON GUILD. The Preston Guild of Merchants was started 1179. A civic celebration has been held every 20 years since 1328 (except during World War II). A lithophane cup for the 1902 Preston Guild and the Coronation. When the base is held to the light a portrait of King Edward VII is visible. In excellent condition.

RARE LITHOPHANE CUPS - KING GEORGE V & QUEEN MARY with VON HINDENBURG A very rare and unusual pair King George V and Queen Mary LITHOPHANES (Hold base to the light to view portraits). On the front of each is a portrait of Gen-Field Marshall Von Hindenburg above an Iron Cross dated 1914 surrounded by guns, cannons and the German flag. He appears to be wearing his Pour Le Merite (Blue Max) which was awarded to him in Sept 1914. What possible event could have warranted issuing cups with George V and Queen Mary lithophanes in the bases and Von Hindenburg on the front? If you have any information please let us know. 1911 LITHOPHANE KING GEORGE V CORONATION. A hard to find lithophane mug (hold the base to the light to view a named portrait of H.M.King George V). See all pictures. The front has the cypher GRV with the crown and date 1911. Some evidence of the original rim gilding otherwise in really excellent condition.
