RARE c.1936 ROYAL DOULTON WHISKY JUG BEING A GOOD REPLICA OF THE 1830 KING GEORGE IV MEMORIAM JUG.
A portrait of King George IV on one side and inscription ‘To the memory of his late majesty….’ with dates on the reverse. The side has the royal coat of arms and inscribed ‘With the compliments of "King George IV" Old Scotch Whisky'. The base has the Royal Doulton mark and the impressed number 8141. See all pictures. In very good condition with very light age crazing.
