1887 MATCH SAFE/VESTA CASE.QUEEN VICTORIA'S - ADVERTISING A very unusual 1887 Queen Victoria Golden Jubilee nickel-plated case one side embossed "Perry & Co limited, steel pen makers", the other embossed with "jubilee box" and "1837-1887" surrounding a bust of Queen Victoria, with hinged striker cover. In good condition with some ware. Has not been polished.

c.1941 WINSTON CHURCHILL MATCH BOX COVER. A very interesting match box cover the front showing 'The Prime Minister' 'Mr Winston Churchill'. The back has his message to President Roosevelt Feb 9th 1941 'Put your confidence in us........Give us the tools and we will finish the job". The top has President Roosevelt's reply "Britain needs ships ......They shall get them". Very good condition minor staining no rusting. See all pictures.

The top reads 'Our Deepest Gratitude and Admiration to the allies who stood United in Defeating the Greatest Tyrant in History'. Portraits on the front and national flags on the back.
