1897 QUEEN VICTORIA DIAMOND JUBILEE MUG by SPODE.
A good Spode Copeland 1897 mug with a front raised portrait of Queen Victoria under a banner reading 'Diamond 1897 Jubilee'. The back has a raised shield with 'Victoria Queen and Empress 1837'. The base is well marked with the printed Copeland Late Spode mark and impressed 'Copeland England'. In really excellant condition. As good an example of this mug as you could hope to find.

An unusual pottery beaker by Copeland Spode printed with a shield (surmounted by a crown) and decorated with the British Lion and DIEU ET MON DROIT (God and My Right). The rear has RAF wings and inscribed for the British War Relief Society. In excellent condition.
